Service Description

In this semi-private strength training session, you'll experience the benefits of working with a coach, not just a cheerleader. Unlike typical group classes where you're often left to figure things out on your own, here your coach will be present to provide the cues and exercise modifications you need to succeed. Our workouts feature a total body strength routine with different focuses throughout the week. You'll engage in exercises targeting your core, lower body, upper body, and perform the fundamental movements like pushing, pressing, squatting, and hinging. Not only will you feel stronger, but you'll also gain a deeper understanding of how your body works and what it needs to improve. Join us and transform your strength training experience with the guidance and attention you deserve.
